1/4-20 X 1 3/4 are as popular as Vanilla Ice Cream. You can get them from Home Depot in stainless, galvanized or zinc plated and also at any Ace Hardware store!

Don't know the numbers but if these are the stainless 12 point head aircraft bolts AND if Jerry can not find them, you can probably buy them at Fastenal. You can also most likely replace them with stainless Allen Head capscrews, again, available at Fastenal, Graingers, McMaster-Carr, and very likely Lowes and Home Depot
