Well after much reading I need some opionions. My motor runs fine when cool once heated up (160 or more) I loose some power probably 1/2. I would let it cool and it would run fine. However once it ran for 10 minutes same problem returns. It appears this possibly is a S.L.O.W. operation problem. I also noticed my warning horn has dirty contact not making the audible beep so I cannot say for sure if the horn was going off. I will clean the contact and test that first. The wierd thing is on the way back to the dock after fishing for about and hour she ran perfect. Even at the normal running temp. So this issue is definatly intermitant. Here are my test that I will perform:
Engine temp sensor check
Blocking Diode test
Power pack test

Do you folks think this is the right path or am I way off.

Thanks for the feed back!!

Tim
