I have a 1993 150 HP Force that is very hard to start and some times it wont. There is spark to all plugs
and 120 compression at each 5 cyl . The plugs are new I believe the problem is in the fuel primer valve
I checked the voltage at the valve and it is 13 volts when the key is pushed into choke. I did the blow test
and it work like the manual said. but when i push the key in to the choke position, i don't hear or see the
little button on the valve move down could the valve be the problem.or should i hold the button down and then try to start it?
