This is a low budget floor replacement but still "cash flow" here are partial list of materials:

8 gallons of resin
36 yds of 1.5 CSM Fiberglass
15 yds of 1708
Cabosil
1 Gallon A&B Foam
Rollers, brushes, thinner and a few Case Of Samuel Adams
Oh yeah! a lot of human hours in!


Still to come, hope to get in the water no later than June 16

Ok Guys!
After 2 months of hard working, Its time to hit the water, its done for now. As I said Im not an expert in this matter but definetely I enjoy ther whole process, learn a lot regarding boat floor replacement and the most important I LIKE THE WAY ITS LOOKS NOW!

next turn belongs to upholstery.

Here is my baby! I was glad to find your post because I know that I will be replacing the floor at some point in the future. Be sure to show us what the new vinyl looks like and how that process was.
