1993 Johnson Outboard carb.cleaning

Last year my motor would not start a couple of times eighter before going out or after out for a while.I believe the problem is the carb because I would spray carb cleaner into carb and play with throtle a little and fire right up! My Question is, what is the best way to clean the carb. Can any one help!!! Thanks, Also if it helps Model # is TJ40ELETB

Post this in the johnjson outboards forum.
Get a carb rebuild kit and watch some marine carb videos on youtube.
You might want to get a factory service manual, not owners manual.
