1993 Yamaha 130 hesitation

I have a 1993 yamaha with over 2000 hrs and she is has just recently started hesitating and sometimes bogging down upon throttleing up. This usually occurs after the motor has been running for some time. The carbs have been rebuilt and adjusted to spec but nothing has changed. It seems like its flooding itself. Any ideas?

Have you replaced the fuel pump?
