Guys..
Never had a problem before..just topped up the fluid and used seastar fluid the same one I used in the power steering system. I noticed after three weeks it leaked out and the system failed to work. I added more of the same fluid and it worked again. I am afraid the same is happening as I can see the oil in the water as the boat is kept in the water. Am I using the right tilt and trim fluid?

The motor is working fine. Do I need to get an overal kit and redo the system ?

there is no "redo" kits.
ya simply have to haul it out, cycle it and find the leak. then repair it.

beats me, depends on what is leaking and why.
if a shaft got pitted it will need that too. if its a feed or return pipe cracked then thats what it needs.
your just going to have to haul it and inspect it very carefully.
