Can someone tell me wire color for the Tachometer. I need to hook it up to a floscan meter.<br /><br />Thanks, Mark

Green is signal for the tach, red is 12v constant, yellow is 12v ignition, black is hmmm let me see, oh yea, ground...<br /><br />Hope that is what you wanted...

Thanks for your reply. But that must be for a different Harness. My Tach. has the rpm on the right side of meter as a bar graph and the oil and temp lights along the bottom. The harness has 9 wires going into it. pink,yellow,green/white,orange,black/white,grey,green/red,green and black.<br />Any other ideas? Got to be sure.<br /><br />Thanks again

If it is a Yamaha Tach, the bar graph is for trim angle. There should be a seperate wiring harness plugged in for oil warning and another for the trim indicater. That will leave the wires already listed correctly by rowbards as single plug up wires.

Sorry I couldn't find any where else to post. I just purchased a 1994 ebbtide 182 se w/ a yamaha 3.0 liter engine, does anyone know if this is a 2 or 4 stroke. thanks george
