i have a 1994 evinrude 150hp, it isn't chagring, it runs good but the batteries arn't charging, its only reading 11.9volts with both battires on. I know outboards don't have a alternator. His Tach and fuel gauge do not work ethier. From alot of searchs I've done. I have noticed that the Rectifier might be the problem to solve the charging problem. and maybe the tach not working ethier. Is this a possiblity? or am i way off?
