1995 115 Evinrude Rectifier Replacement?

Rectifier needs replaced on my 199 115 Evinrude. After looking the motor over, it looks like the flywheel must be pulled to replace it. Is this correct? I usually do my repair owrk myself, but if the flywheel needs to come off I think I'll leave it to a shop with the propoer puller.

flywheel needs to come off ,even if you can get the bolts out,the rectifier drops down into the block and hight wont allow it to lift out,you can probably rent a puller,its not that big a deal,many shops are behind.$80 hr.
