1995 115 OMC turbojet

ODDD1 , Boat is 14 ft Four Winns Fling, have had boat about a month now. Boats runs in the 40s, but is slow comming up on plane, sounds like sucking air at full throttle, 1/2 to 3/4 throttle sounds ok, but again slow comming up on plane. You think this normal. Engine and gearcase serviced using HP gear oil and OMC Ram injector oil. Only about 50 hours on engine.

Dont realy know what I have, some kind of kit was added when new for 150.00. We are second owner. Boat and engine/jet like new. I changed all fluids and fuel, verified Vro pumping. Boat 300 miles from where I live, be back there 2 weeks and check papers, we have the orignal contract when the boat first sold. Runs great except for hole shot.
