Have rebuilt fuel pump, new gaskets in carb, fuel lines and filter. Now, on carb I cleaned but have not pulled all apart,,like pulled seat for exp. Motor runs at slow speed but when go wot it will die. Starts hasitating, then just stop. Could this still be a carb issue? It will fire right back up and run but not wot. Still seeing small black particles in the glass filter. Motor was sitting for year or so.

If you haven't already done so, you might try replacing the fuel pump diaphragm.

There are several things that I always do if I get a motor that has been sitting for a while. Two of the most important ones are replace the fuel pump diaphragm, and the water pump impeller. Both are cheap, but if they fail, it's a show stopper.

I own a 35 Force and had a very similar issue on the river- May I ask you how low your fuel tank is in the boat? I know that sounds a little crazy but mine if it helps mine would proceed to go full throttle for maybe 10 seconds then slowly die off unless, you pumped the ball on the fuel line. I ended up putting boards under my full tank to raise it and it worked like a charm. Guess the fuel pump can only defy gravity from a certain point and I believe the manual also says for the tank to not be lower than (X) many inches? Let us know?

That sounds very likely. The tank sits close to motor just under the bench seat. Its a Carolina skiff. An Atwood tank and hose. If I raise it any it will it the bottom of bench.

I had my wife pump the ball while it would start to die and it would immediately pick back up for roughly 5-8 seconds if that helps you? We then took our tank out and placed it on top of our storage box it sat in and it ran fine that way- Just trying to help you move on so you can continue diagnostics
