1995 Mercruiser Exhaust Flappers

I pulled the exhaust flapper and found one broken, tear on the flap, Is it better to replace as a set (both sides) or can I get away with one side only?

I'd get the pair of them.

An engine that is only 50% hydrolocked is no better than a 100% hydrolocked one.

Good exhaust shutters is like good oil...cheap insurance!

Ayuh,... I always do sets, as if 1 is Afu, the other probably is too...
