We have twin 150HP 1995 Saltwater II engines with one having trouble getting into any gear (neutral to forward, forward back to neutral, neutral to reverse, etc.) There is a lot of grinding and noise with each shift. Once into gear, it runs like a champ.
We suspect a stretched/worn throttle cable issue but would be interested in other thoughts.
