When running it will barely plane and is just lugging along, and cant get the rpm out of it. I have replaced the plugs and have spark in all three cylinders. When I pull one plug wire off it doesnt seem to make a difference in how it runs, which tells me it is possibly only running on two cylinders. What do I check next. Also it makes a loud barking or chirpingl This motor is not oil injected, I mix my own.
