i have replaced the carb with a brand new one, rebuilt the fuel pump, also changed gas tanks which helped dramatically. the motor runs fine at wot but at idle or slow speed sounds like its loading up and backfireing slightly through carb. all lines have been replaced and also the bulb. i take the plugs out regularly and clean. i mix the gas/oil mixture at 50 to 1. help please and thank you.
