I have a 1996 Evinrude 115 Ocean Pro. I have had slow starting when cold since I have owned it. I discovered leaking fuel at the fuel primer and pulled it to service it. When I removed it there were no fuel lines connected to the two small nipples so fuel was squirting out when I pushed in the key. Where do the lines that connect to the primer connect to the intake manifold? I found what I thought were the primer nipples on the manifold but they had small hoses on them routed somewhere else. I have searched online for a fuel systen diagram but haven't been able to find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a parts list. I am not sure if the model is exactly the same but should be close. I am not sure if it will help though.

I have a motor similar to yours, but unfortunately, I have never needed to work on the primer, and the boat is well covered for the winter. Hopefully someone has worked on those.

Thanks. I need to know where #7 on the diagram connects to the intake manifold.

I have a motor very similar over at my storage facility and might be able to take a look. In the mean time I can say that some motors use those nipples and some don't. Often time there are rubber caps that seal off the ones you don't need and they eventually rot off. Could this be your issue?

Otherwise the small rubber tubing should just be sitting right there near the nipples.
