1997 Evinrude 90 wiring harness

Hey there
My neighbor just bought himself a rebuilt 90 HP Evinrude 1997 model
the wiring harness from the engine is in tact but at the key end of the harness , it has been hacked apart
Does any one have the wiring diagram for this year.
I have been able to get the power trim and choke to work but the starter will not turn over with the switch.
Any help would be appreciated.

So, you want wire colors for each terminal.of key switch? I believe that info is in the sticky at top of this forum.

As far as starter not turning with switch look to your Yel/red stripe wire. At S terminal of key switch, at remote control neutral switch, at small terminal of start solenoid. You should have 12v at each place when turned to start.
