My t&t won't go down sometime. When I trim it up, sometimes the motor makes a "winding down" noise instead of the abrupt stop that it should. Every time after it does that, it won't trim down anymore. I have to trim it up in small increments until it doesn't do that noise, then it will go down. When I hit the down button (on all 4 trim switches on the boat) it still makes the click inside the motor, but nothing happens. Any ideas?
