1997 Johnson 40hp No Spark

Was running my boat the other night and all the sudden the motor started to sputter. Got it home sat over night started then just went out. Got it on some ears ran great and then went to put it in the water and it wont turn on. I cant get any spark. Changed the spark plug coil also and still notting.

No disrespect meant but if a fellow reports he can't get spark why would you direct him to rebuild his fuel pump? Makes no sense to me. Rick.

Still have notting went to the link and that didnt help me none because I'm already trouble shooting that. I have changed my powerpack and my spark plug coils and I still have notting.
