1997 Ocean Pro 225 HP - Corrosion

My brother is looking at a boat that has a 1997 225 HP Ocean Pro on it. The engine is pretty clean, compression is 100 - 110 psi and lower unit it good but there seams to be some corrosion build-up around the head gasket area.

The boat was kept in the water so I assume it wasn't flushed after each use.

Is this a concern?

Should he be looking at anything else?
