i have a 1998 dt150s its efi and put new hosees and bulb on it the tank is a 30gal and the vent it clear the bulb goes flat at idel as well as wide open can take the cap off the tank it still does it where should i look for the trubble
Check valve in the bulb or anti-siphon valve at tank would be my thought.
Does your motor have a neutral switch on the motors shift linkage? And do you know what it it does to the controls as it goes in and out of neutral?
