Just bought a 1998 50hp Force by Mercury, There is no cover or air cleaner over the carb. And the parts diagram doesn't show a part for it. The is 3 tapped holes on the carb as if something is supposed to bolt on to it. The husband said he won't run it until I find the part? Isn't there supposed to be something covering the top of the carb? Thanks
