1998 johnson spl motor

i am looking to repower my 15 foot glastron gt 150. i am looking at a 90 hp johnson spl motor and also considering a 90 hp yamaha. the boat is rated for 90 hp but iam concerned about the weight difference, i am guessing the yamaha to be about 270 lbs. but not sure about the johnson, does anyone know the weight of this motor. thanks, keykev..........

Around 320lbs.
I had an 85hp V4 on a 16' and its was kinda tail heavy. Just FYI.

The 4th cylinder on the OMC is worth something. They always used to say "there's nothing like cubic inches."

id go with the V4 for more grunt out of the hole
