Make sure you've got the kill switch attached. It's the thing on the end of the red cord that goes in the ignition panel...

If that's not it, then you're going to need to give more info: Does it crank, does it cough and sputter, what have you looked at so far, etc.

if you crank the engine with the stop lanyard removed it will set the audible alarm. are you getting an alarm at cranking?
to start an EFI pump the fuel primer bulb until firm, turn the key,it will either start or its broke. DO NOT use any throttle advance.
