I've got an 1999 225 Optimax that idles fine and runs great 90% of the time but occasionally while running it will cut out like it is running out of fuel. I'll back it down to an idle and it runs fine. After a minute I'll put it back on a plane and it will run great for about 4 or 5 minutes and then start cutting out again. I've checked fuel filters and they're fine. Put in new plugs and no change. It won't do it out of the water and even in the water it doesn't do it until it's been run for a couple of hours sometimes. Very intermittent, it's got me stumped. If anyone has had a similar problem or any idea what it could be I would certainly appreciate your responce. Thanks, Brian
