I have a 99 225 johnson, I have been having problems with high dc voltage while at crusing rpm's as high as 17 vdc. I have replaced the battery and the voltage reg/rec with no luck the dealer is scratching his head? still put's out 16-17 vdc at 4300 rpm and drops to about 15 vdc at 1000 rpm. any help? I have also replaced the impeller kit for that motor still no difference.<br />motor runs at 140* no matter what rpm
