Thx, GA Boater, Think I'm going to twist the wires separately, hook them over each other then twist the ends in opposite directions and solder/heat shrink them.

Finished soldering/ heat shrinking and color code taping stator and regulators wiring. Tested my battery with hydrometer and 2 cells had very low specific gravity, just below the fair scale so I got a new marine starting lead acid battery and installed and it. Turned on the battery switch and checked all the wires. It's all good and no blown fuses in the sensing and feed wires. Thanks to all who contributed with your excellent information. Going to test run it in the morning.

Test ran it today and everything went great, Fired right up and checked the wires that I fused, soldered, and heat shrinked, and all the connections stayed cool. The regulators are feeding 14.5 volts back to the battery. I removed the air cover and sprayed a can of power tune into the carburetors intakes and shut it down for 30 minutes. Put the air cover back on and started it up and ran it until the excess smoke cleared from the exhaust. I turned it off and removed the spark plugs and grounded the leads to the powerhead and cranked it with my remote switch to recheck compression. The performance was impressive after power tuning, compression went up from 115 psi in all cylinders to about 135 psi in all cylinders. Cleaned the spark plugs and installed them, fired it up and ran it for about 10 more minutes. She's purring like a kitten! Special thanks to Sam, Duke, GA Boater and all who contributed such valuable information to me. I really appreciate your inputs. I-boats is the best forum, I also posted on the marine engines forum and got several views but zero responses. I think the people on I-Boats forum are very knowledgeable and willing to help others find solutions to their outboard problems and stick with them until the solution is found!
