1999 Regal 2100lsr gel coat repair

I have a green and white 2100 lsr that has taken a pretty good beating over the years of docking. The green area has a bunch of scratches in it. I am looking for a simple way to make it look better. I heard of the repair product by spectrum...however they do not make it in green. They on only have the green color in gallons.... Does anyone have some suggestions?

Pictures of what is wrong helps to diagnose what needs to be done. Is it a sand and buff situation or does the gel coat actually need replaced.
