Ok i just bought a 1999 Nitro 640 LX with a tracker 75 hp outboard. When i got home i hooked the water to it and started it up, I went to put it in gear and you have to get almost 3/4 throttle before the prop even spins...? Does it need to be in the water for it to engage or do i have a problem? Please let mo know anything you can about this. Also the Fish finders Bow and console wont turn on but they are hooked up.
