#2 Hole

I was looking at some Yamaha performance bulletins today. All of the bulletins show a mounting hole location for engine height. I can't find a referance that tells me which hole is #2. Is #2 the second hole from the bottom or top?

from the bottom ........ which boat is this on?

Ideally the bottom of the cavitation plate should be in line with the bottom of the hull .....

2003 Key West 1720, 90 yamaha. Just bought the boat and it looked like the engine height had been moved. However after looking further it appears it's just a sloppy job sealing the holes. The engine is set at #2. Thanks.
