Re: 2 or 4 stroke trimmer?
I bought a Troybuilt 4 stroke a couple of years ago. It starts easy, runs smoother, more torque at lower rpm, and not having to mix oil/gas is great. I had a 2 stroke on my pole saw that worked pretty good, but it would bog down in heavier wood. I put the 4 stroke on the polesaw and it does a much better job. It doesn't bog down like the 2 stroke did after it would lose its rpm. It works great at weed trimming also. It doesn't seem as loud as the 2 stroke either.
Just wondering if there is any 4 stroke chainsaws yet?
