Sirs, I just purchased a used boat and motor. The boat is a 1992 Bass Tracker Aluminum boat. The motor on the boat is an Evinrude 20 hp manual start and tiller control. <br /><br />The Motor also has a decal of Evinrude plus a decal for Tracker. This looks to be a matched setup for boat and motor. My problem is the model number tag is missing. So Im not sure of the model year. Is there another set of numbers that would associate with the year made?<br /><br />I found some other numbers on the motor that may help.<br /><br />Facing the motor from the front. There is a metal plug on the back left of the motor block with the numbers G622206. Another set of numbers on the left side of the block(on the block itself not a plug). 335636. And the other set is on center back on the bottom. This is a circle of numbers 1-12 with the number 89 in the center. <br /><br />Thanks for any help you may be able to give me. Ill need a prop for this motor.
