Power trim & tilt seems to go up fine,(but, slow in my opinion). But when going down, it gets to about 50-60 % down, and begins to clunk, clunk, clunk until it reaches the lowest point.<br />The fluid is full. Does not sound electrical.<br />What could be binding? <br />This past summer, the electic power trim pump quit, and was replaced for around $500. <br />Now what?<br />The rest of the motor is just fine.<br />Have these trim & tilt systems been a weak spot?
