I have a 2000 yamaha 100F and I have a problem with the motor having loss of power at WOT. The motor runs fine at an idle and at mid range. the motor will run at WOT for about 15 to 20 sec before it booges down .I have replaced the fuel pumps ,plugs, checked the coils, replaced the inline fuel fiter and the strainers in the portable fuel tanks. Any help would be greaty appreciated.

Your carbs need to be pulled apart and cleaned. Get yourself a good repair manual, and borrow a manometer, you will need this to sinc the carbs, if you cant get one then you will never get the sinc right. By following the manual you will be able to do this work with the right test equip and tools.

Thank yamajoe, I did what you suggested and it seemed to do the job. There were small filters at the carbs were the fuel lines go in, and the bottem 2 carbs were quite clauged.
