Port motor will not turn up to proper RPM's. Any Suggestions??<br /><br />SITUATION:<br />2001 MAKO 252 TWIN 175 FICHT RAM INJECTION.<br /><br />STARBOARD MOTOR: WOT=5200 RPM<br />Port motor: WOT=4700 RPM<br /><br />14 3/4" x 19 Viper props.<br /><br />Boat is fast out of the hole and runs approx. 48MPH with 4 people and full fuel.<br /><br />Any suggestions why the motor will not turn up?? I have just serviced both motors with new plugs, water pumps, filters, lower unit oil.
