We had a lightning strike on our sailboat and the electric start on our F9.9 stopped working. It starts fine wrapping the emergency cord around the flywheel and pull-starting it. I checked where the + and - battery leads attach to the starter relay with a multimeter and there's 12.6 volts getting to the relay. Any advice on troubleshooting further beyond just replacing stuff beginning with the relay? Thanks in advance!
