2001 FICHT leaks black oil

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing the port engine to leak black oil. This is not the new unmixed blue oil. The oil appears to be coming somewhere up top, maybe out the intakes and into the air silencer and then when the motor is tilted it runs in to the cowling and then down the back of the motor. I have just cleaned this up so maybe I can tell where it is coming from. If it is coming out of the intakes what could be causing this since this is fuel injected. Other than this issue the motor cranks and runs great. I should of taken some pictures but I cleaned it up before I remember this forum.

Thanks for the reply tashasdaddy.. However that is not my issue again the oil is leaking out from the top of the engine not top of the lower unit. The only place I see any black oil is on the lower 2 intakes and in the air silencer/breather and all in the cowling. I know this is not the only engine to have this issue I have see a few others on this site, however I see no solutions.. Any help appreciated.
