So, I was running it on the muffs in my driveway. Without touching anything the motor started increasing rpms to the point where it was at wot. Turned off the key, kept running. Pulled the spark plug boots, and that didnt work. The motor is screaming! Finally shut it down by opening the butterflies on the carbs. Anyone have any ideas? The power pack is new.
