Ouuuuch!!! some put it to ya ...dry too!Runs about 1,000.00 a hole to have it done right
Cant be done as sleeves have to be cut-off and machined flush with block surface, all blocks are not cast the same so sleeve lengths vary. Also heating the block will not let you remove sleeve as it heats at the same rate as block. The proper way to remove a sleeve is to split it with a grinder, it takes me about 10 minutes to remove a 2.5 sleeve as it goes all the way to bottom of block a 2.4 sleeve takes about 5 minutes.Yes you can search around for a good used sleeve and throw the block in the oven at 550 degrees then slide the old one out and put the new one in
Yes but check the electrical and carbs real good on that cylinder and check all the bores and pistons as #3 shows so aluminum transfer on top of piston from the exhaust...so you think that can be sleeved???
