2001 Yamaha 150 HPDI Loss of RPM

I'm back...after the hot start issue the boat ran great for a couple of weeks. However, while on vacation I developed a problem. I will be running at about 5000-5200 RPMs for a couple of minutes and all of a sudden the engine acts like it hit the rev limiter and kicks down to a few hundred RPM. If I keep the throttle down, then the engine will repower right back up...I did notice my yamaha tach blink three times one of the times it powered down, but I did not notice that the other times...

The problem also occurred once at about 4800 RPM. Any ideas? Cousinabe and Rodbolt were spot on last time...Thanks in advance for any help or ideas...
