While running @ 4200 engine started surging. Stopped if you brought it below 3000 rpms. Cruised another 1/2 mile toward the dock and I had to keep it below 2700 rpms to keep the engine from surgging. Got to the dock and could not get it started to drive it onto the trailer after being docked for about 10 minutes. Gauges work in the on position and gives a 12.6 battery reading; but if you try to start the motor, it just clicks once and the gauges go out. If you try immediatly after nothing, no gagues or click. Also the motor only tilts if you use the button on the motor, not the throttle control. Anyone have any ideas??? I was thinking some type of short or bad connection.......
