2002 DP-SM 3868913 Prop Shaft Seal Replacement

I have a 2002 Volvo Penta DP-SM 1.95 3868913 outdrive that is leaking oil. I had it in the upholstery shop (heated) all winter and when I went to change the lower unit oil this spring there was very little oil in it and it was milky/cloudy. The bottom plug o-ring looked a bit chewed up. I've replaced the oil and the o-rings, but I'm not convinced that solved the problem. (I'm still watching it.)

My question is this, How do you change the prop shaft seals? I'm a decent mechanic, but is this something a shade tree mechanic like myself can handle?

Videos or step-by-step how-to's with pics would be very much appreciated.
