2002 Ranger good deal or not?

I purchased a 2002 175VS last May from a fellow for 13500.00 He said it had only been in the water approx. 5 times less than 40 miles on the trailer. Just wondering if that was a pretty good price or not? I'm now having problem with bendix on starter. I like it other than it is kind of small.

It has a 125 Mercury on it.

got a 1988 374vee commanchee, bought it new, wouldnt have anything else, excellent on rough water, made to work on( chase for wires,sealed woodwork, mine doesnt have ANY stress cracks,and only trouble i've had with mine , is the live well valves wont hold water. not a bad problem, PS iwouldnt take 10 grand for my 17 year old boat! good luck ron
