Working on a F25 (electric start) with no spark. Had 165V at the orange and black w/white stripe leads going to the ignition coil with my trusty DVA. Book shows 180, pretty close so I ordered an ignition coil. I put it on and it hits once then dies. No spark again!!!! Do some more investigating and find that the black/w white lead coming from the CDI to the ignition coil was chaffed to ground. Repaired it but still no spark and still 165V at the orange and black/w white lead wires coming from the CDI going to the ignition coil. I thought I might have blown out the coil so I ohms ck it and everything checks good. Arrg!!!
