I'm with JoLin on the power thing. Admittedly, the Formula is about 2000 pounds heavier than my Rinker (95), but I'm running a SINGLE 5.7 and can hit 38 on GPS with 2-3 people and half a tank of fuel and water. Cruise all day in heavy chop at 30-32 mph. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to drop AllDodge's new motor in there and see what happens, but I believe twin 5.0's should run out just fine.
Also, most here agree that condition trumps all else regarding values. And usually I agree, but boats less than 10 years old (2006) model year starts to factor in. In this case they're only 3 years apart, but it can make a difference.
In your specific case, once you add the trailer, they're nearly the same price. For me the deal breaker would be the salt water use. Assuming no major defects are found.
just my .02
