I''m afraid to tell you what I think, I had to replace the circuit board in a garage door opener a couple of times because of strikes just nearby in the neighborhood.
Disconnect the black wire with the yellow trace at the ignition switchboxes, these are the ignition ground to kill, leave disconnected and retest for spark. If now spark then your fortunate to find the fault in the ignition switch/lanyard, or wire harness grounding this wire. But I doubt it.

Get your hands on a DVA meter and start testing as spelled out for your model.
I suspect that the fine wire used in the trigger failed OR the switchbox had a melt down from the intense electical field caused by the strike.
I lean more toward the box, but because it is $$$$$, you should BE SURE before you buy.
