I have a 2003 200HP OX-66 Saltwater series egine with about 30-40 hours total on it since new. The engine starts and idles fine, and the initial accelleration to plane is without incident, then the fun starts! After slowing to go through wake zones, or after trolling periods, when I try to accellerate to plane again, the engine cuts out, and if the throttle is kept in the same position, the engine will accellerate/cut out/accellerate cut out in a never ending cycle. the engine never completely dies, and if the throttle is returned to the idle/fast idle position, it appears to run normally. I have replaced the on-engine gas filter, fuel-water separator, and completely drained the fuel tank using a 12V fuel pump. Plugs are new. No alarms sound... Yes, I am completely lost on this one. Assistance greatly appreciated!

this is an easy one, replace the lift pumps, clean the vst filter and run a fuel system vacum test.
by then you will have fixed it, continue to run it in this condition WILL burn a piston.
your describing a loss of fuel pressure on the rail. either the vst filter is clogged, common on well maintained low hour 5 year old rigs, bad lift pumps or a restricted fuel system.
however if you look at your owners manual you will see the maint is broken into hours OR calander maint, whichever occurs first.
but we see it all the time.
you may wish to catch up on the cooling system maint as well at this point.
