2003 Yamaha 175 HPDI will not start

I have a 2003 175 HPDI, It ran great last friday went to put it in monday and it turns over but will not fire off. I put new plugs in it changed the fuel/water separator no water in it, and all new batteries. Kinda left scratching my head and any help would be great thanks!

test spark, if spark is good you will have to test fuel rail pressure and injector driver output voltage.

Yea I think I tried all of the dumb stuff, I have not had a chance to mess with it in the last couple of days I am going to try to change the in line fuel filter next I hope that is the problem!!!
