2004 75hp 2 stroke bog off idle

its a 04 3 carb 3 cylinder 2 stroke this just started ,starts and idles fine, when you give it gas off idle it bogs up to 1/2 throttle then sputters twice then goes to normal power and sound from 1/2 to full throttle.at idle and just above the exhaust tone dosent sound right.carbs have been rebuilt primer bulb seems ok and makes no differance if you pump it .red stator ohms at 700 .all cylinders fire a nice white slight blue tint spark that covers a 7/16 gap.it shouldnt be a fuel problem cause it runs fine at top end and idles good ? coils are cdm's any ideas? thanks

Sounds like you still have a carb issue, running well at full throttle doesn't mean it will run well at 1/2 throttle.

your probably right i was looking at the flow or restriction point of it. it should have greater effects with more demand.actually carbs looked pretty darn clean when taken apart ,talked to previous owner and it had been 3 to 4 yrs since last done so did them anyway.is there a low speed circuit above idle but below full speed i should look at ? idle or low speed mixture screws didnt have to much effect when turned a half turn or so ,i think factory initial setting was 1-1/2 turns out from seated and these are about 2-1/2 turns out. thanks

Has it always done this, or is it new, and have you done a link and sync on the carbs?

I have an 05 90hp, same motor.

Turning the screws should make a difference in how it runs.

Try pulling off the plug wires one at a time and see if it's just one cylinder with an issue.

boat is new to me only had it out 2 times ,1st time out motor ran great all day about 4 hrs stopped for awhile and cranked back up it hesitated and stalled recranked and it ran great for another hour till we loaded up to go home.2nd time out is when it started pretty much from crankup it didnt seem to have that much power and bog the area we were in was idle or low speed so could only run full speed for a short distance,will try pulling wires and will checkout the carb sync to ,its a bear cause my service manual hasnt shown up yet .
